Full Lifecycle Email Funnel: From Listing to Welcome.

Project Overview:

This project is a full-funnel, 7-part email sequence I designed for PWAN Homes to guide leads from first contact to final purchase.

The emails walk prospects through every key stage of the buyer journey, from the first “just listed” alert to post-purchase engagement, combining lifestyle appeal, trust-building, and timely CTAs.

How I Built It:

I began by identifying the emotional journey of an average homebuyer, from initial discovery to the decision-making stage, and ultimately, the joy that comes with ownership.

I decided to build this as a sequence rather than treating each piece as a standalone. I built the sequence as a journey, with each message passing a ripple to build trust, urgency, and a connection.

Each email is detailed and tailored to echo honest conversations: excitement when a listing goes live, the thoughtful nudge after a tour, the reassurance during hesitation, and the warmth of a “welcome home.”

Along the way, I layered in lifestyle imagery, persuasive CTAs, and subtle urgency, ensuring every word moved the reader closer to action without any perceived sense of pressure.

This wasn’t just a campaign; I made sure to design a guided experience that took users from curiosity to closure.
