Project Overview:

This project involved crafting a three-part launch email sequence and two standalone emails for a modern two–to three–bedroom apartment in a high-demand area. The goal was to create excitement pre-launch, offer early access to serious buyers, and follow up effectively after viewings. The tone was warm and modern, with persuasive calls to action to drive engagement and private bookings.

How I Built It:

I detailedly:

1. Researched the neighborhood, buyer demographics, and property features.

2. Mapped the buyer journey, from pre-launch interest to post-viewing follow-up.

3. Crafted a 3-part email sequence with escalating excitement and urgency.

4. Wrote two engaging standalone emails: a just-listed alert and a personalized client follow-up.

5. Refined tone, structure, and CTAs to ensure clarity, warmth, and high response potential.
